SHIPPING INFORMATION 
We ship within Australia only. All goods are normally shipped via Australia Post within 2 - 3 business days of receipt of your order. If any items ordered are out of stock, when the order is placed, this may take a bit longer. If out of stock items are not available within one week of the order being placed we will give the customer the option of a refund or an alternate item to the same value. Shipping is via ordinary post and is charged at a flat rate of $12.95. The exception to this is where the goods are bulky then postage rates may rise.

Please provide a contact number with your order so that we may advise of any changes to the shipping rate.

Shipping times may vary and are dependent on Australia Post – we cannot guarantee a delivery date. Due to the covid situation Australia Post are advising of longer than usual delivery times. Victoria, especially, is experiencing significant delays. Please be advised that while most parcels that we send out are reaching their destination within a week some are taking as long as 4 weeks. We have no control over these delays.
