RETURNS
Every effort is made to accurately describe each product, however, colour and shape may differ to some degree, to the pictures provided on the website and we do not accept returns under these circumstances. If your goods have arrived damaged please retain in the original packaging and send us a photo. All claims must be made within 3 days of receipt. While we do our best to take care that all goods will arrive safely, purchasing chocolates in the warmer months is at the risk of the customer. Please choose carefully as we do not refund because you do not like the taste of a particular confectionery item.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
We ship within Australia only. All goods are normally shipped via Australia Post within 2 - 3 days of receipt of your order. Shipping is via ordinary post and is charged at a flat rate of $12.95. The exception to this is where the goods are bulky then postage rates may rise. Please provide a contact number with your order so that we may advise of any changes to the shipping rate. Shipping times may vary and are dependent on Australia Post – we cannot guarantee a delivery date. Due to the covid situation Australia Post are advising of longer than usual delivery times. Victoria, especially, is experiencing significant delays. Please be advised that while most parcels that we send out are reaching their destination within a week some are taking as long as 4 weeks. We have not control over these delays.
